What is a Valid Video?
1. Open the parcel within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Before opening, show the parcel clearly from all 4 sides (360-degree view).
3. The front tracking ID label must be clearly visible in the video.
4. Start cutting the package and keep the video running continuously. Do NOT stop,
pause, or edit the video until the end.
5. The video must be bright, clear, and fully visible.
6. Please do not handle items with one hand while opening, as managing long chains or
delicate products with one hand can cause breakage.
7. Only items shown as broken or missing in this valid, unedited video
will be accepted for returns.

എന്താണ് ശരിയായ ഓപ്പണിംഗ് വീഡിയോ (Valid Video)?
1. പാഴ്സൽ ലഭിച്ച് 24 മണിക്കൂറിനുള്ളിൽ തന്നെ അത് തുറന്ന് വീഡിയോ എടുക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.
2. പാഴ്സൽ പൊട്ടിക്കുന്നതിന് മുൻപായി അതിന്റെ 4 വശങ്ങളും (360 ഡിഗ്രിയിൽ)
വീഡിയോയിൽ വ്യക്തമായി കാണിക്കണം.
3. പാക്കറ്റിന്റെ മുൻവശത്തുള്ള ട്രാക്കിംഗ് ഐഡി (Track ID Label)
വീഡിയോയിൽ വ്യക്തമായി വായിക്കാൻ കഴിയണം.
4. പാക്കറ്റ് പൊട്ടിക്കാൻ തുടങ്ങുന്നത് മുതൽ അവസാനം വരെ വീഡിയോ ഒട്ടും
നിർത്താതെയോ (Pause ചെയ്യാതെയോ) എഡിറ്റ് ചെയ്യാതെയോ തുടർച്ചയായി എടുക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.
5. വീഡിയോ നല്ല വ്യക്തതയുള്ളതും കാണാൻ കഴിയുന്നതുമായിരിക്കണം.
6. ഒരു കൈകൊണ്ട് പാക്കറ്റ് തുറക്കാനോ സാധനങ്ങൾ മാറ്റാനോ ശ്രമിക്കരുത്.
(പ്രത്യേകിച്ച് നീളമുള്ള മാലകളും മറ്റും ഒരു കൈകൊണ്ട് തിരിക്കുമ്പോൾ പൊട്ടാൻ സാധ്യതയുണ്ട്. അങ്ങനെ സംഭവിക്കുന്ന ഡാമേജുകൾക്ക് ഉത്തരവാദിയായിരിക്കില്ല).
